Daniel Gildin is a founding member and the managing partner of New York City's Kaufmann, Feiner, Yamin, Gildin & Robbins LLP, which concentrates in the fields of franchising; litigation and appeals; securities arbitration; real estate; corporate and commercial transactions; estate planning; and entertainment.

As managing partner, Mr. Gildin supervises and coordinates the activities of all of the firm's attorneys and support staff to ensure that each client is served to its satisfaction in a prompt, cost-efficient and comprehensive fashion.

Moreover, as chair of the firm's litigation department, Mr. Gildin either takes primary responsibility for - - or lends his expertise to the other attorneys working on - - the firm's more complex litigation.  Mr. Gildin's litigation endeavors in the franchise arena have given rise to numerous landmark decisions.

In addition, his talents as a negotiator, deal maker, problem solver and transactional attorney involve him in some of the firm's most critical assignments.

Mr. Gildin is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and the Fordham University School of Law.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Forum on Franchising and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
